RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return your item FREE of charge. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date. Returnable items must fulfill the following requirements:
1. The item must NOT have been purchased under the Sale category. Purchases of items marked as Sale are deemed final.
2. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including gift boxes and shoe boxes, non-woven bags including the hang tag/ label.
3. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and unwashed.
ConShoes, Co. reserves the right to reject returns that did not meet these standards.

We will then inform you the next steps on returning the item. Refunds for the purchase will be in the form of store credits on your personal account in ConShoes, Co. while shipping for product exchange will be shouldered by the customer. All requests are processed within 12 business days.
